        Classical Hatha Yoga with Kenzie – Monday: 11:45 a.m. - 12:30 p.m.

        Rejuvenate your body and mind! Counteract the stresses placed on your body by daily activities. Using the breath for guidance, you will gently tone, stretch and strengthen your entire body while releasing tension and restoring a sense of peace and calm. Proper alignment and modification of postures will ensure a safe and enjoyable practice. All levels of experience and ability are welcome.

        Semester pass for Hatha Yoga (13 classes):
        Students: $55
        Staff/Faculty/Community: $75

        Yoga Fitness Fusion with Nikki – Monday/Thursday: 7:15 a.m. - 8:15 a.m.

        This class combines a Power Flow warm-up and cool-down, with high intensity interval training in between. Tone all the muscles in your body, sweat it out, while starting and finishing the class with a mindful yogic practice. This class balances high intensity with the calming effects of an asana practice.

        Semester pass for Yoga Fitness Fusion (26 classes):  
        Students: $55 for 1 day per week, $110 for 2 days per week
        Staff/Faculty/Community: $75 for 1 day per week, $150 for 2 days per week

        Karate with Shary – Tuesday/Thursday: 11:45 a.m. - 12:45 p.m.

        Goju Ryu karate is a traditional martial art that evolved from Naha-Te and was developed by Master Chojun Miyagi. Goju Ryu uses hard and soft techniques and open hand and circular techniques.  It encompasses traditional karate, meditation, self-defense, budo (the martial way) and more. It promotes the progression and development of self-defense practices, physical and mental strength, flexibility and fitness. In addition, through dedication and discipline, individuals can develop strong inner self, focus, mental control and sense of purpose.

        Join us for a fun one hour class including: warm up and stretch, Goju Ryu conditioning, basic karate techniques, breathing exercises, self-defense techniques, sparring techniques, and Kata (forms) practices. The classes can offer both recreational and competitive opportunities.

        Please note a participation form will need to be completed prior to your first class.

        Hatha Flow with Kenzie – Wednesday: 11:45 a.m. - 12:45 p.m.

        This flowing yoga class is designed to energize and centre you. Using Sun Salutations, breath work, and postures to open your body, clear your mind, and strengthen, stretch, and balance your whole self - you will leave feeling stronger, healthier, and refreshed. We will work at a moderately quick pace, so it is recommended that you have some yoga experience.
