      February Counselling and Learning Support Workshops:


      Mindfulness Meditation Group

      Mindfulness this is a weekly session group that will allow you to discover the many ways to practice mindfulness and apply these techniques in your daily life.

      No experience, no registration and no fees required. Workshop is open to all members of the Campus community.

      Every Thursday January 19-March 16 11:30-12:50 pm - BIRCH 162

      Please note: There will be no group session on February 9 or February 16
