Please complete the Application for Graduation (available here). Select your faculty of study, then select your program. Please note if you intend to graduate from more than one program you must submit an application for each program you will graduate from.
      • If you are currently completing your final program requirements your final grades must be received before December 16, 2016 by the Registrar’s office to be considered for this Graduation. If your grades are received after December 16, 2016, please submit a new Application for Graduation for next semester.
      • If you are unsure about the graduation requirements for your program, it is recommended you meet with an Academic Advisor.
      • If you are assessed as not meeting the program requirements for graduation, you will be contacted regarding outstanding requirements and how to meet them.
      • If you are assessed as eligible to graduate, you will be notified and your credential will be mailed to your address by the end of January.
      • Convocation, the formal ceremony recognizing your graduation, will take place in June 2017. If you have been assessed as eligible to graduate, you will receive an invitation for convocation in April 2017.
