Forrest Yoga is a modern yoga style based on Hatha Yoga – derived from some aspects of Sivananda Yoga, along with attention to alignment found in Iyengar yoga and the heat and flowing sequence of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga. The practice is founded on four principles: breath, strength, integrity and spirit. The sequences of poses are designed to help you develop the skills to awaken each of your senses and as a path to find and remove the emotional mental blocks, which dictate and limit our day to day life.
Instructor Laleh Adl’s kind & gentle manner is well suited to leading students of all levels. Laleh has been focusing her practice solely on Forrest yoga for the past two years, receiving her 200-hour Yoga Alliance Teaching Certification in February 2017.
