Embrace your health and kick off spring with some fun and relaxing activities throughout Experience Well-Being Week at CapU! From yoga and therapy dogs to workshops on positive thinking and smoking cessation, there is something for everyone.
Be sure to drop by the Well-Being Expo on March 13 from 11 a.m. to 2 p.m. in the Birch cafeteria. Plus, bring your reusable mug to the Birch cafeteria on March 15 between 8:30 and 10 a.m. for a complimentary coffee!
