You’ve made a commitment to healthy living, hard work and to improve your relationships but bad habits creep back into your life! In this workshop, you will learn to keep your focus and motivation.
This is one of the Counselling Services’ well-being workshops for CapU students, held select Thursdays from 11:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. in the Library Building, room LB216.
Sessions are facilitated by a CapU Counsellor. All are welcome.
