This course is designed to increase the students understanding of leadership theories and practices, communication in teams, and build the skills that are necessary for professional success in a leadership role. Students study literature on leadership, management communication, and group dynamics. The course will provide a set of engaging, hands-on experiences for exploring and mastering the capabilities for effective individual and team leadership. This course will assist participants in improving their capacities to think strategically, communicate effectively, and act decisively as a leader.
