At the Centre for Sport and Wellness, we aim to provide daily options for everyone on campus to meet the guidelines, have fun, make friends, and improve their well-being at the same time.

Spring programs will start the week of Jan. 13 with Group Fitness classes launching during FIT Week: Jan. 27-31.
