April Verch’s traditional fiddling, step dancing and delicate singing has been a tour-de-force for over two decades. Hailing from the Ottawa Valley, April Verch’s sound borrows from a variety of regional traditional Canadian and American influences. Her distinctive voice, energetic footwork and intricate playing have brought audiences to their feet with her jaw-dropping performances. In 2019, Verch released her twelfth album, Once A Day, which pays homage to 1950s and '60s classic country, breathing life into some of the most treasured tunes from the Americana canon.
