New Student Orientation
All new international and domestic students are welcome to attend the events put together during the first two weeks of January to Connect, Engage, and Take Action at the University. These events and workshops are hosted by several departments on campus who want to help you succeed and have a smooth transition to our campus.
As a new student (domestic and international) you can access the pre-orientation online activity on your Moodle course listing. Completing the pre-orientation activity is mandatory and ideally, you should have it completed before you arrive for in-person orientation. Pre-orientation activities will take approximately one hour to complete and will help you learn how to navigate Moodle, tips for student success, and will connect you to important student success resources. The pre-orientation course is called "Starting for Success" when you are searching for it on your Moodle page and you will earn a badge for finishing it. Visit Moodle to log into your account.
