      The Registrar's Office is located in the Birch building of the North Vancouver campus, opened Monday to Friday.


    • Questions before you apply?

      • Discover if Capilano University is the right fit for you: attend a free Explore Capilano General Information Night to meet with faculty, ask questions, and visit the campus.
      • Learn more about your selected program: attend a free Program Information Meeting.
      • Explore immediate information about our programs: use the Online Program Search to choose a program that you are interested in and review the application comments, admission requirements, start dates, and application deadlines.
      • Review the Capilano University Calendar to obtain additional information pertaining to your selected program, such as required courses, course prerequisites, and length of program.
      • Obtain one-on-one help: Once you have chosen your program and applied, please book an appointment with an Academic Advisor who can help you choose the right courses.
    • What type of applicant are you? 

      • BC high school student currently in grade 12: You can self-report your grades from January 16th to March 31st, 2017.. You will receive notification of the status of your early conditional admission as soon as possible.  Self-report your grades here
      • New applicant: Applicant who has never applied to Capilano University must complete the application process through EducationPlannerBC
      • Returning or current student changing programs: All returning students who have not attended Capilano University for a major term, either Fall term (September to December) or Spring term (January to April), must reapply to Capilano University through EducationPlannerBC,

        Current Students who want to change programs or move to the next level of a program, must submit a new application through EducationPlannerBC.

    • English Language Requirement

      English is the language of instruction at Capilano University. Therefore, all students must meet the English Language Requirement. All students must have a level of English sufficient to write assignments, understand class lectures, and take part in class discussions.
