Once the Hiring Manager has received employment confirmation from Human Resources, a request needs to be submitted by the Manager or Division Supervisor/DDA at Ask IT Service Centre >> Popular Services >> Employee and non-employee accounts >> Request Service for the new employee (staff or faculty) to access various CapU services. Below is a list of access that can be requested:

Basic Access 

  • Employee Email
  • G drive (personal network folder)
  • M drive (instructional network folder for faculty)

Additional Access 

  • Shared email accounts
  • J drive (departmental network folder)
  • Printers
  • Departmental PaperCut accounts
  • Phone extension
  • Additional door access (door access is granted based on role, additional access may be requested)

Business Applications

  • Banner (INB)
  • Argos
  • Laserfiche
  • Famis
  • Dynamics
  • Prophix
  • PaySpecialist
  • Rental Works

 

Equipment requests (e.g. computer) can be submitted at Ask IT Service Centre >> Popular Services >> Computing Devices >> Request Equipment if needed.
