Organized by the editors of Canada's Top 100 Employers, the BC's Top Employers annual competition recognizes employers with the most forward-thinking human resources practices and progressive workplace policies.
“To meet and exceed the criteria to be a Top Employer in today’s marketplace is a reflection of the strength of our employee community, and the dedication of our people to cultivate and support imaginative, life-enhancing learning experiences for students,” says Bharadwa. “Our commitment to prioritizing health and well-being positively contributes to a healthier and happier campus where everyone can grow.”
