If you’re a Grade 12 student in BC or the Yukon, here’s how you can report your Grade 11 final marks, and Grade 12 interim or final marks to us.
For current Grade 12 students
Conditional admission to Capilano University is based on final Grade 11 or interim Grade 12 marks.
To gain conditional admission, you can upload proof of grades – unofficial transcripts, copies of report cards, etc. – through EducationPlannerBC when applying to CapU.
Final admission will be based on proof of your high school graduation and having met the program-specific requirements.
Reporting your grades B.C./Yukon students:
All B.C. applicants must release their grades to CapU via the BC Ministry of Education at StudentTranscripts Services (STS). Please do this as soon as possible.
To release your grades:
- Select “send your transcripts to a university”;
- Choose “Capilano University”;
- Choose “send my transcript now and allow this institution to request updates.”
Leave the date as is. This will allow CapU to be able to request your final grades.
When you complete this process, CapU will receive electronic access to your high school grades and will request updates to ensure your information is up to date.
Make sure to frequently log in to your myCapU student account to view your application status.
