Workout, have fun and refresh your brain on your break! Purchase your pass prior to class, or register at our front desk!

Given the evolving situation with COVID-19, and considering the provincial government’s direction on March 16, 2020 to cancel social gatherings greater than 50, we have made the difficult decision to cancel the remainder of our group fitness classes for the Spring 2020 term.

Who can participate?

Group fitness is open to all students, staff and faculty! 

  • Sign-up opens 30 minutes before class at the facility attendance desk in the Centre for Sport and Wellness. First come, first served (limited spots available!). 
  • $6/class for students and employees, or $25 for a 5 punch card. 
  • Purchase your pass at the facility attendant desk 10 minutes before class starts. 
  • All participants will be required to sign a waiver form before participating. 

NotePunch cards are non-refundable and expire April 9, 2020. Please take care not to lose your card and to use your punches by the end of the semester. 

Workout on your break, use our change rooms to shower and change, then head back to school or work refreshed.
