Group fitness classes take place in the Centre for Sport and Wellness gymnasium and will start the week of Jan. 27-31 for FIT Week! During this week, all classes will be free!

Who can participate?

After FIT Week, group fitness classes will continue weekly until April 9, 2020.

  • Sign-up opens 30 minutes before class at the facility attendance desk in the Centre for Sport and Wellness. First come, first served (limited spots available!). 
  • $6/class for students and employees, or $25 for a 5 punch card. 
  • Purchase your pass at the facility attendant desk 10 minutes before class starts. 
  • All participants will be required to sign a waiver form before participating. 

NotePunch cards are non-refundable and expire April 9, 2020. Please take care not to lose your card and to use your punches by the end of the semester. 

Group fitness is open to all students, staff and faculty!

Workout on your break, use our change rooms to shower and change, then head back to school or work refreshed.
