The residences are located in the heart of the Squamish campus, adjacent to dining, recreation, academic and student services.

Building and rooms
The three buildings — containing 333 total units — are clustered together to create a sense of community where you can study, dine, socialize and relax.
The buildings are located at:
- 3021 University Boulevard (Ossa Building)
- 3031 University Boulevard (Serratus Building)
- 3041 University Boulevard (Ionia Building)
Units include single rooms paired with adjoining washrooms as well as accessible rooms with private washrooms.
All rooms are equipped with a bed, desk, chair, lamp, sink, mirror and wardrobe.
Additionally, the facilities offer a common room on each floor, common study spaces, laundry and bike storage.
Housing fees and meal plan
The cost of student housing ranges from $6,450 - $6,850 per term and includes meals. Meal plan details will be available soon.
