Please submit a request using the Room Booking Request Form.

Your booking is confirmed once you receive a copy of the fully signed contract and have provided proof of insurance.

CapU is a public post-secondary institution and therefore, cannot offer room bookings to external parties until it has finalized the academic schedule for a given semester.

For this reason, we can only book rooms generally between 4-5 months in advance.

Yes, proof of general liability insurance is required and the minimum insurance coverage amount is two million dollars ($2,000,000).

Proof of insurance must be provided to CapU before the date of your activity, otherwise, your booking may be subject to cancellation.

The cost will be provided once your request has been reviewed. Please refer to Room Rates for general rate information.

CapU accepts payment via cheque, bank draft, or money order, and credit card.

Note: current students wishing to book space not available through self-service can do so via an employee sponsor such as their instructor, a department assistant/staff or the Capilano Students' Union.
