CapU offers conditional acceptance to current Grade 12 students based on final Grade 11 marks or interim Grade 12 marks.
Here’s how you can report your marks to us based on your province/country of high school.
Students from B.C./Yukon:
To gain conditional admission, you can upload proof of grades – unofficial transcripts, copies of report cards, etc. – through EducationPlannerBC when applying to CapU.
Final admission will be based on proof of your high school graduation and having met the program-specific requirements.
If you have not released your transcript electronically yet, please release it to us via the BC Ministry of Education at StudentTranscripts Services (STS) as soon as possible.
To release your transcript:
- Select “send your transcripts to a university”;
- Choose “Capilano University”;
- Choose “send my transcript now and allow this institution to request updates;”
- Choose the date “October 31, 2025” to permit CapU to request your final grades.
When you complete this process, CapU will receive electronic access to your high school grades; we will also request updates and make sure your application information is up to date.
Make sure to frequently login to your student myCapU Account to check your application status.
