Student Digital Ambassadors
The Student Digital Ambassadors provide peer-to-peer support for students navigating the online environment and the educational technology tools used at CapU.
If you need help with eLearn and uploading an assignment, or using Microsoft Teams or WebEx for a presentation, or creating a video in Kaltura reach out to one of our Student Digital Ambassadors.
Ambassadors are available virtually Monday to Saturday, 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. via Microsoft Teams.
Counselling Services
Counselling Services offer a free and confidential appointment and drop-in services, to enrolled students. Counsellors can help with many personal issues.
Accessibility Services (formerly Disability Services)
Accessibility Services is the point of entry for students with disabilities who are enrolling in regular University courses and programs. They can provide support to students by arranging for a variety of classroom accommodations and offering other services, including assistance with accessing external funding for services and equipment.
Indigenous Services
Indigenous Services offers support through an Indigenous Student Advisor and an Indigenous Liaison Officer; assisting students with course selection, registration, and personal matters. They also liaise with First Nations Band Education officers and University instructors.
Learning Specialist Services
