Alumni Awards of Excellence Nomination

Submitting your nomination

Before submitting your nomination, please ensure you:

• Read the award criteria and eligibility requirements before making your recommendations.
• Review the criteria for the award categories and only provide responses to your desired award category. 
• Submit the nomination form.
• Please include examples of how your nominee fulfills the criteria for the award category for which you are making the nomination.
• A thoughtful and substantive response to questions in support of your nominee is very important in helping the committee with its selections.

If you would like to include additional documents such as the nominee's resumé or other supporting materials that will inform the selection committee's decision, please send an email to alumni@capilanou.ca upon submitting the nomination form.

Nominations will close on December 6, 2024. Questions and any additional documents can be submitted to alumni@capilanou.ca
