International students at Capilano University can request a study permit renewal letter.

Eligibility criteria

You can request a study permit renewal letter if:

  • You are a currently-enrolled student at Capilano University (registered in current and/or upcoming term) in a credential program.
  • Your current study permit will expire before you complete your program.
  • The estimated graduation date on your original Letter of Acceptance (LOA) is no longer accurate (i.e., you will graduate later than the date on your LOA).

Only students who meet the above criteria may request a study permit renewal letter by completing this form. If applicable, the letter will be sent to your myCapU email address.
