Bio

Juanita Lohmeyer (MBA, Cornell University, 2009) is an award-winning C-Level financial services executive, board member and advisor who delivers growth and transformation resulting in billion-dollar outcomes through 20+ years in financial services, telecommunications, information technology and education.

Her experience running fast growth initiatives spans a diverse set of company environments up to $20B in revenue including the private, public and not-for-profit sectors at T-Mobile, TELUS, BCAA and ICBC. For example, she achieved 430% sales growth after launching a digital transformation in the insurance space.

In the roles of faculty/advisor at several universities and CPA Canada, Lohmeyer leads others to make sense of finance and effective use of technology in strategic business growth plans. As President and CEO of Forward Strategy Group, she has advised over 150 executives successfully through diverse global business growth initiatives.

Lohmeyer has served on the Board as a Director at Charlford House Society and on the UBC Alumni Advisory Board. She presently serves on the United Way IT Advisory Council and Harvard Business Review Advisory Council. She is a member of the International Women's Forum and Communications Committee with a vision to shape the future for the next generation of women.

Lohmeyer is all about strategy to action and action to results.  She has summited Aconcagua Mountain, the highest summit in the Western and Southern Hemisphere's at 6960 m and Cotopaxi, the highest active volcano in the world at 5897 m, both without oxygen.
