Capilano University hosts grad portrait session in December and April. This is an optional opportunity for grads to come to campus and have grad portraits and professional photographs taken by a Grad Images photographer before the ceremony. Regalia is provided by University Events & Ceremonies.

The December session is open to September and January grads. Invitations to register will be sent out in mid-November.

The April dates are open to September, January and May grads. Invitations to register will be sent out in mid-March.

Photographers from Grad Images will also be at your ceremony to take a photograph of you at your special moment of recognition.

They will contact you directly with information about how to order your photographs.

If you do not hear from them within a week of the portrait sessions or ceremony, you can contact them through their Customer Service Department at 800 372 3686 or ecc.giservice@gradimages.net.
