Sexual Violence Awareness Month: Yoga Nidra - Cultivating Inner Safety and Calm
Join this session to cultivate clarity and restore calm with Yoga Nidra, followed by tea and guided journaling for deeper reflection.
Hosted by the Student Life Department and facilitated by Kendra Coupland (she/her), this gathering will practice releasing tension in the body while simultaneously cultivating easefulness, self-awareness, and inner clarity through the gentle but powerful practice of yoga nidra.
Yoga nidra, or “yogic sleep,” is a restorative practice that helps cultivate an inner experience of calm and safety. We will finish up with a warm cup of tea and guided journaling practice to integrate any insights that arise in the session.
Please note this session is limited to 15 participants, with specific allocations for students and employees. A waitlist will be available.
