This course examines the effect of international business trade relationships within the private and public laws of foreign jurisdictions. Topics range from International trade conventions and agreements, the legal processes of importing and exporting, and the challenge of dealing with conflicting domestic laws between countries.
Prerequisites: 45 credits of 100-level or higher coursework
