This highly experiential course introduces students to the various aspects of developing and producing arts/entertainment events and other cultural products. Projects vary based on student interest, and activities may include curation, project management, planning, budgeting, working with artists, interpreting contracts, troubleshooting, and pre-production and post-mortem reflection while respecting cultural identities and intersectionality.
