An independent study course is a special course tailored to permit an individual student to pursue specific in-depth studies under the supervision and instruction of an Instructor. Independent study courses offer the chance to study subjects that would not otherwise be available to the student and to pursue unique topics independently and in depth. In this course students will concentrate on depth of business knowledge, a grasp of the particular methods and approaches to business in a given field, and an understanding of the type of analysis appropriate to it.
