This course introduces students to the fundamental principles of economics and their application in various fields. Through lectures, discussions, and problem-solving exercises, students will learn to analyze economics problems and to understand the economic environment in which decisions are made. This course covers both microeconomics and macroeconomics. Microeconomics introduces the market system of demand and supply, the effects of government interventions such as taxes, subsidies and price controls, and market failures. Macroeconomics covers the measurement of economy, economic growth, fiscal and monetary policies
