MATH 126 Calculus II for Physical Sciences and Engineering

A study of the anti-derivative, the integral, techniques of integration, applications of the integral, differential equations, sequences, infinite series and Taylor's Theorem. Continued emphasis on the geometric interpretation of the concepts of calculus.

Prerequisites

MATH 116 with a minimum C- grade

Course Notes

MATH 126 is an approved Numeracy course for Cap Core requirements. MATH 126 is an approved Science and Technology course for Cap Core requirements.

MATH 126 is an approved Quantitative/Analytical course for baccalaureate degrees. MATH 126 is an approved Science course. MATH 126 is equivalent to MATH 109. Duplicate credit will not be granted for this course and MATH 109.
