This applied, team-based course will provide students with an understanding of what personal leadership means and how they can be more effective leaders. Using an emotional intelligence (EI) lens and through the review of leadership models, self-discovery, and self-reflection, students will work individually, in teams, and with community leaders to recognize, understand, and apply their leadership style to a variety of situations.

45 credits of 100-level or higher coursework including BADM 106; OR 6 NABU credits
