This course is designed to provide an understanding of legal principles relevant for legal students and individuals working in the creative fields of digital art with a focus on photography and videography. The course will cover key areas such as contracts, intellectual property, insurance and liability, and social media. Students will gain insights into the legal landscape that governs the creation, protection, and management of creative digital media in the digital age.

LAW 101, LAW 110 and LAW 210; OR 45 credits of 100-level or higher coursework
